“Gentle Crossings - A Good Death” Follow-up Session

Rev. Laurie is pleased to offer a follow-up class to the Gentle Crossings workshop on death and dying that we completed in March. Bring any observations, insights and questions that have bubbled up since the last class and be prepared to learn a powerful Healing Touch technique. The Chakra Spread process provides energetic support for anyone in need of deep physical, mental or emotional healing.  It is particularly useful in assisting a loved one nearing transition and was briefly mentioned in the class on being there for others in their final earthly days.

You don’t need to have participated in the Gentle Crossings workshop to benefit from this stand-alone class. Further, you don’t need any background in Healing Touch or other energy modalities to learn this technique. However, a regular practice of meditation guides and empowers energy work.

Feel free to bring a snack or light lunch for post-service sustenance. However, as we will be doing energy work, eat VERY LIGHTLY.

Bring a blanket and/or pillow.
